QVMAG CLEAN OUT 2019
CONTEXT ... These images were supplied anonymously by someone who may well have been a QVMAG member of staff who was concerned that 'assets' were being disposed inappropriately, gifted apparently, without due process being observed. Like, the Councillors are the 'default governors/trustees' and in a museum ontext due process says that they must approve all accessions and deaccessions. There is no evidence of this being the case for decades and again on the evidence the COUNCILLORS/TRUSTEES are quite unaware of the protocol or its rationale.... Yet another exemplar
of the 'tail wagging the dog' at Town Hall !
